When engaging with our recruitment service, please note that we act as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment or engagement and are not responsible for the conduct of candidates or employers. By using our recruitment service, you agree that Scaffst Ltd. is not liable for any decisions made by employers or any employment outcomes. All relevant terms will be provided via email upon engagement. These terms will include information about the recruitment process, obligations of both parties, and other important conditions.
6. Your Safety & Interactions
We aim to encourage respectful experiences. However, we do not control user conduct on/off the Service. Exercise caution when interacting with others, especially off-site or in-person meetings. You agree to be wary in all user interactions, and not share sensitive information unless absolutely necessary. We do not govern user behaviour on or outside the Service. You must agree to use care in communications with other users.
7. Changes to Our Terms

The Terms, Privacy Policy, and referenced agreements constitute the sole, entire agreement regarding the Service. They supersede all prior understandings, agreements, and representations.
